Natural tooth Remineralization Tips
How to achieve tooth remineralization
There are several ways that you are going to be able to do natural tooth remineralization.
High in Fat Foods

Here is a youtube video that walks you through the main steps to remineralize teeth
Vitamin D
You are going to need to take a supplement of Vitamin D. The Vitamin D is important from the calcium to be absorbed into the teeth, so that you will be able to have enamel remineralization. This is going to be especially true if you have a Vitamin D deficiency. Therefore, you are going to need to get more sun, don't just eat a vegan diet, or have more dairy in your diet. Some of the foods that are high in Vitamin D are sardines, tuna, eggs, fortified milk products, and even eating salmon helps.
Right Minerals
The teeth are going to rely on the minerals like magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus in order to be strong. This means that you are going to need all of these minerals in order to have natural tooth remineralization. If a person has a balance of 5 to 2 ratio of their blood calcium and phosphorus, then they are going to be a lot less likely to have any cavities.
No Processed Sugar
When a person has a lot of white flour, white sugar and refined carbohydrates in your diet, it is going to cause you to have more cavities. This is true even if you have a lot of Vitamin D and minerals in your diet. This is because the body is going to product a hormone inside of the parotid glands that is going to stimulate the dental fluid that forms a cavity. When the lymph stops being delivered to the surface of the tooth, it is going to cause debris to be pulled in. This is the main reason why people are going to get cavities.
No High Phytic Acid Foods
The foods that are high in phytic acid is going to use up all of the nutrients inside of the digestive system and not all of them are going to be digested correctly. Therefore, they are not going to be able to make it to the bloodstream. This also means that they are not going to reach the other tissues inside of the body like the teeth. Some of these foods that you will need to avoid is whole grains, beans, oatmeal, legumes, and nuts. The phytic acid does not let the enamel remineralization happen because it strips all of the calcium from the body so it is not able to rebuild the teeth completely.
